I’ve learned a lot in programming and on how to communicate with others. Previously, I program
alone, here I’ll team work and communicate with other trainees and mentors. There’s a lot of
collaboration opportunities here. We have disagreement sometimes, but this teaches me to express
myself clearly and appropriately so others can easily understand my viewpoint.

“Project C-Creative, Coding for Change” (Project C) aims to bridge the digital divide and social divide through a series of computer coding & mentoring programs. We partner with schools to provide a proprietary coding software and curriculum for teachers and students, which also support self-learning, with small group mentoring service. youCodia School is the part of Project C that provides a school-to-work path for motivated but under-resourced youth from low-income households in HK. It provides an accelerated, intensive, and high-quality training from experienced professional engineers dedicated to teaching and mentoring youth to enter the software industry.
